A system your own staff sign into, covering entry to the site and the records that govern it. The unit register, visitor sign-in at the gate, access passes, the bylaws and the notices issued to occupants are held in one place, available to the office and the gatehouse alike. Questions of ownership, entry history and applicable rule are answered from the record rather than from memory.

A vetted team attends the property on an agreed schedule and carries out the cleaning, the inventory count and the restocking. Responsibility for the daily running of the home passes to HAUS, leaving the occupant to live in it or, where the property is let, to attend to guests rather than to turnarounds.
