An account here holds the unit register of a real building and the identity documents of everyone who passes its gate, so we open one after speaking to you rather than on a form. Tell us about the property and we will answer within about an hour.

What happens next

    We answer within about an hour

    We call the number on the request to confirm who you are and that the company runs the property. It takes a few minutes. If we cannot reach you we email instead and try again.

  2. 02

    Your account is opened on that call

    We create the account in your name, with the property and its units already in it, and send the sign-in details to the email address you gave us.

  3. 03

    You add your own people

    Managers, caretakers and the guards at the gate are added by you from inside the account, each with only what their job needs. Nothing is charged while you set it up.
