Protect your investment.
Make it last.
Property holds its value when it is looked after properly. HAUS gives your managers and your security team one place to work from, so the property runs quietly and owners get a direct view of how their investment is being used.
Everything you get asked about.
All of it in one place your team works from, so nothing you need lives in somebody's head, a WhatsApp group or a notebook in the gatehouse.
The unit register
Every unit on every property you look after, whether that is a home, a shop, an office or a yard, with the owner and whoever is in it now. When one changes hands you update it once and everyone who needs the right number has it from that moment on.
Visitors at the gate
Your guard signs people in from a phone instead of a ledger, so the queue keeps moving and the entry is legible. When somebody asks who let the contractor in on Sunday, that takes seconds to answer rather than an evening.
Access passes
Occupants and staff carry a pass on their phone or a printed tag. You decide whether it opens one unit or the whole site, and how long it lasts. Withdraw one and the next scan turns it away.
The rules
Your bylaws become a page people actually read on their phone, in their own language, with a record of who has been through it. The version at the gate is always the version you last approved.
Capacity and curfews
The limit on a unit and the hours the gate is open, both checked while somebody is still standing at the barrier. That is a far easier conversation than the one you have the next morning.
Notices
One message to a group you pick: the owners on one property, everyone living or working in it, or just the gate team on tonight's shift. By SMS or email, and anyone can opt out and stay opted out.

The best-run gate is the one nobody has to argue with.
Set it up once.
An afternoon of typing, and after that the day to day happens in one place instead of over the phone. You come back to it when something actually changes: a unit changes hands, a rule changes, a new guard joins the roster.
- 01
Add your properties
Each site, each unit, and who is in it. Bring a list across or type it in, and fill in the gaps as owners get back to you.
- 02
Set the rules
Your bylaws, unit capacities, curfew hours, and which of your team can see and do what. This is the part you only do once.
- 03
Hand out the logins
Managers, caretakers and guards each get their own, scoped to the sites they work. The gate starts keeping its own record from the first shift.
HAUS will also run the homes themselves.
A separate service, opening shortly, delivered on the ground rather than on a screen. A vetted team attends the property on an agreed schedule and carries out the cleaning, the inventory count and the restocking. It suits an owner who no longer wishes to administer the property personally, and any unit that is let and has to be reset between guests.
Add your first property today.
Setting up takes an afternoon. Nothing is charged while you do it. If you would rather be shown around first, book a demo and we will walk you through it.
