You pay for the units on your account and nothing else. No setup fee, no charge for the managers, caretakers and guards you give a login to, no charge for the visitors who sign in at the gate, and nothing at all while you are still setting up.

Questions people ask first
- What counts as a unit?
- One home, shop, office or warehouse on your account. The property itself is not counted, so a site with twenty units is twenty.
- Which currency am I billed in?
- Shillings. The dollar figure is there so the price makes sense to somebody reading from elsewhere, and it stays where it is when the exchange rate moves.
- Do extra logins cost anything?
- No. Managers, caretakers and guards all get their own login at no extra cost, however many of them there are and however often the night shift changes.
- Are visitors charged for?
- Never. A property that signs in four hundred people in a month pays exactly what one that signs in four pays.
- What about a unit that is empty?
- It still counts while it is on the account, because its records and its history are still there. Take it off and it stops counting from the next month.
- Is there a contract?
- It is month to month. Nothing is charged when you create an account, and you can stop whenever you like.
